They charged you less in the beginning end of contact you will be in huge debt so carful my last supplier was charging me £65 pm end of contracts i was in debt £200 utility point charging me £61pm ...

Hi there, we're sorry to hear this. The direct debit is calculated based on the annual usage figures provided to us when you sign up. Unfortunately, if the figures are incorrect or estimated this will affect the direct debit amount however, as long as we receive monthly readings we can review your payments. Please also check your online portal as the debt figure you have quoted is incorrect, you can see your updated balance on your main log in page and under "Your Statements" tab. Cheaper, affordable price for duel fuel
Created a cheaper duel fuel price, instead of being ripped off by British Gas. Over £450 in credit with former company, who when switched charged over £300 for moving. An absolute disgrace.

Hi Robert, we are already in phase 1 of supporting SMETS2 meters where we can connect to these meters remotely but at the moment we do not use the technology to the full extent. Therefore, for the short period of time we ask our customers to continue submitting their readings. Very soon we will start installing the smart meters, indoor displays and we will start using SMETS2 to their full potentialThank you, Utility Point.

Thanks for letting me know, however, I am 71 years of age and partially sighted and having to lie on the floor to see my gas meter puts me at risk of falling as I'm not too steady on my feet and live alone. Is there something you could do something to help please, perhaps a repeater gauge?
