Eco Wizard Omdömen

Thank you for the review. We are sorry to hear that you are displeased at our service. We reached out to the installation company to confirm a potential installation date once payment was made. They confirmed this, and tried to call you three times and sent a text message to try and book you in, and we can provide proof of this communication if requested. Unfortunately, you were unable to respond at the time, and the date could not be held. You were offered the next available slot, but were unavailable and hence asked for a full refund, which we provided instantly. We do not have visibility of our installer's calendars as they are a Partner company who manage their engineers, not us. We advertise our 2-3 week waiting time in our installation terms and conditions and to all customers when asked. If we can be of any further service, please let us know. Thank you, EcoWizard Customer Service Team.

Thank you very much for the superb 5 star review! We are thrilled to hear that we could offer such excellent service! We look forward to your future orders!

Thank you for the review. We apologise for the refund not having been completed: I have checked with our accounts team and they have now refunded your next day delivery chargers of £10. Please note that this can take 3-5 days to clear with the bank. We apologise for the delay in actioning this for you and please let us know if we can be of any further service.
