Would have liked a time window so I didn't have to wait in the whole day but UPS wanted you to sign up for an account for that.

Quality blinds at reasonable price

Service was great, blinds received but had not tapes so they arrange collection to have tapes fitted and returns within in a week. Easy to contact my email and they kept me updated.

Ordered blinds twice in 2 weeks. The website says 3 days guaranteed, but the first order took a week. I called for the second order as needed them within 5 days and got told if I order before 12.00pm...

As detailed within our Shoppers Information pertained on our website. Wood venetian products have a estimated dispatch time of 3-5 working days (subject to stock availability), however there is also a 48hr delivery allowance on top of that.
