Looking back at your order, Payment failed through SagePay of which we have no control over as this is a secure payment site for internet shopping payments. Looking at your order, the paint in question was sent directly from our suppliers to ensure the quickest delivery to you. I will take this up with them so they are aware, so if needed they can address the possible packaging issue within transportation. Please remember we do say sign all goods as unchecked or damaged if noticeable so a claim can be made in the event of damage. Karl
