The only reason they didn't get 5 stars is because there was a lag between placing the order, and then being processed and dispatched. Other than that the experience was great.
Very easy order...
There was no confirmation of order and I had to phone several days later to make sure my order had gone through. The delivery service was excellent and I was able to track the progress of my camera...

I placed an order, the item arrived within a week. That was all that was needed. I have not had the opportunity to use the item (a camera battery) so I cannot say whether it is satisfactory or not.
Good price and not - unlike others - concealing import taxes. Very quick dispatch and delivery. Excellent communication of delivery time.

As ever the assistant in the Flitwick shop was very helpful. He is just how a retailer should be - keen to help and knowledgeable without being pushy. The binoculars were just what I was looking for.
Had a problem ordering on line, though that was my own fault. Called the store for help and it was sorted. Item arrived on time and as stated. Five star rating for everything.
