We are sorry to hear you didn’t feel you were given enough information in advance of your arrival. We endeavour to include all necessary information in your documentation, however we will review where this information lies and how it is communicated moving forwards. With regards to your restaurant reservations, we are so disappointed to hear this. We will be taking this up with the hotel in order to find out where the breakdown of communication was, as everything was confirmed in advance from our side.
