We are sorry to hear you felt misled about the purchase you made. We show that you purchased "First Lady Sightseeing Cruise: Chicago River & Lake". We show in the description on the site you purchased, it states that you will be taking a scenic cruise along the Chicago River and Michigan Lake shoreline to see the city from another perspective. Are you able to provide what you thought you were going to receive and a screenshot of the information in which the tour was stated to provide and didn't? We will be happy to investigate this further.

I'm unable to provide the screen shot of what I saw as it was a booking placed a month ago when I was in Chicago on vacation with my family. It was terribly disappointing to realize that we did not receive the Architecture Tour which is what we were expecting to do that day. I submitted this review as soon as I realized that what we received was not the same as what I was expecting. I don't know if changes have been made to your website, and I didn't think to take a screen shot of what I was ordering because that is not a normal thing to do.
