Vem kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme?

Bara kunder med inköpsbevis kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme. Vi säkerställer detta genom att kontakta köparna direkt efter transaktionen.

Hur verifierar vi omdömen?

Vi kontrollerar att omdömena kommer från verkliga kunder genom att matcha dem med en försäljning eller transaktion. Kunderna erbjuds att lämna ett omdöme bara när de har köpt något från företaget.

Thank you for your feedback, and as always we aim to review this and improve on any actions that are raised. We try to limit the communication between seller and buyer as in some circumstances this can get complicated as conversations don't get documented and can raise complications in the future. However, in this instance we take those comments on board and hope we can work to a fair balance between communication on all parties however they wish to work.
