Agent made mistakes in personal details and did not help to fix it.

Before the cruise was paid for the agent was friendly and helpful. She asked if I needed help with going through the process of checking in. I said I might but I decided to try to do it myself but...

I understand the agent had health issues. I am an old woman and stressed like this caused a great distress. She could have asked another agent to take over. It left me feeling quite anxious. I am sorry about the rating.
