Fabulous towels
I am delighted with my towels. The quality is excellent - very soft and absorbent. I bought several as the smaller sizes are very useful around the home.

Towelsoft did their best to provide a first class service; Indeed on reflection the young lady did spend much time trying to ensure I received the correct dressing gown and could not have done more. It was my disappointment when I received, what turned out to be, not what I expected. Short of seeing / feeling the product, they could not of done anything more. Buying on line has great benefits but also difficulties. The solution may be a more realistic returns policy.
