Difficult to do business with !

Tj waste attempted to collect the bin I had on site without informing me , it was half empty and had I not have been blocking it in with my van it would have been removed. I had no prior arrangements...

Our system shows that a collection date was confirmed at the time of booking, however, we cannot refer to phone records to corroborate this.

Clearly this was an error, and for that we are very sorry.

As you point out, thankfully the skip was not collected and I can see we successfully exchanged the skip multiple times for you.
