Having looked into this matter, it would appear that the date of your skip collection was agreed at the time of booking.
I have successfully traced the calls relating to the phone number on your booking and unfortunately cannot find a request for an exchange. If you made this request on another phone number, I will gladly look into this to ensure we find out where, if at all, an error may have occurred.
Many factors contribute to the pricing of skip hire, including skip size, duration of hire and waste type. I'm confident, on a like for like basis, we are highly competitive - in this circumstance, I would be pleased to offer a price-match refund if found to be otherwise.
