Just to note, this feedback relates to our grab hire service and not the skip hire provided at the same location, for which this feedback request was sent.
I understand how frustrating this situation may have been for you, however, we rely on our drivers to ensure our strict healthy and safety standards are upheld at all times. In this situation, the driver deemed the required positioning of their vehicle to be unsafe and/or have the potential to cause damage.
Please remember, we are always happy to provide a free site visit if ever you are unsure about vehicle access/positioning.
