Poor with paper work.

TJ waste was very good with the ordering and collection of skips, but the numerous times I've had skips I've had to make a number of phone calls to chase receipts. Which I think really let's them...

One of your vehicles has damaged the gate on the property you are currently supplying skips for. Know one has got back to us or as far as I know been out to see the damage.

I'm very to hear that a gate was damaged, and it may have involved our vehicle. In the rare instance of accidental damage, we endeavour to investigate and provide a remedy within 48 hours of being notified.

I'm afraid there is no record of us being notified prior to your feedback, either by our driver or yourself - our skip hire manager, Peter Shardlow, has since contacted you on the phone and I'm pleased to say this now being investigated with the contact information you have provided.

Rest assured, if the damage was caused by our vehicle, the gate will be repaired or replaced without hesitation.
