We always ensure that extra care is taken when our vehicles are invited on to private property, however, unfortunately there are very rare instances whereby slight accidental damage may be caused.

Whilst it is the property owners responsibility to ensure access is clear and safe for our vehicles, we will always take a view to rectify any damage where considered fair and reasonable.

Unfortunately our system only shows a single collection, which was completed 9 days after your skip delivery. With regards to communication between the office and drivers - our drivers work is issued electronically, therefore, I must assume that recurrent collection attempts were due to a (rare) technical issue within our system.

I'm sorry that our service was not up to it's usually high standard in this instance.

Should you require our services again, I'm confident you would have a much smoother experience.
