Vem kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme?

Bara kunder med inköpsbevis kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme. Vi säkerställer detta genom att kontakta köparna direkt efter transaktionen.

We will always endeavour to deliver, collect or exchange a skip around times that are most suited to you, our customer. However, unfortunately there are many factors outside of our control on the day that can affect planning, which means we are unable to guarantee times.

I do appreciate that, in this instance, being unable to guarantee a delivery time caused some inconvenience for you, for that I am very sorry.

The driver who dropped the skip off just dumped it in the middle of the drive way making parking a nightmare/impossible and as he drove out broke a man hole cover. No apology, nothing.

Our drivers will make every effort to position the skip in a convenient and safe location - I'm very sorry that the skips positioning could have been more convenient in your case. However, there may have been factors such as access space and locality to structures i.e. a house or wall that influenced the drivers decision.

With regards to the manhole cover, this has not yet been reported to us. If it was caused by our vehicle, it is highly likely that the driver was unaware at the time - if you would like to drop me a line with further information and pictures, I will ensure this is investigated.

Many thanks for your valued feedback.

I'm sorry to hear that you were not happy with the skip collection, having only partially filled it.

Our system shows that the skip was on hire for 28 days in total, which is much longer than the agreed hire period. Should we have known that you required the skip longer than agreed, we would have been more than happy to accommodate your needs.

A skip collection can only be booked when requested by you, or in this instance, best efforts to make contact with you to discuss a collection date are unsuccessful and therefore a skip collection date is communicated to you by voicemail and/or email.
