We will always endeavour to deliver, collect or exchange a skip around times that are most suited to you, our customer. However, unfortunately there are many factors outside of our control on the day that can affect planning, a driver falling unwell being an example of this. Although, I'm pleased to note it was only a minor illness and they are now ok.
We were able to find a replacement driver in good time, but they did not follow the planned route to ensure your skip was delivered in the AM. Unfortunately, we were only aware of this shortly before your phone call - at which point you were made aware of the delay and our apologies were given profusely by the skip hire manager, Peter.
I'm very sorry you were inconvenienced by this - I hope you can acknowledge that we were unable to foresee this issue, but clearly we could have handled the situation better and it is not representative of our usually great service.
