Competitive and clear quotation.

I have just taken out my policy so cannot comment on claims, etc, but the quote provide was comparative and easy to obtain and understand.

good price, but no customer service

Other companies send you a welcome letter, policy docs and certificate of insurance by email.... I thought that perhaps I had been on a fake website as I never received anything to say the phone was...

Hi,

Thanks for taking the time to provide your feedback, though I'm sorry to hear that you were disappointed with our customer service.

We do send a confirmation email and certificate of insurance to every customer immediately after they purchase, but for reasons outside of our control they can occasionally get caught in spam filters. We do our best to remind customers of this by mentioning it on the order completion page, and are also more than happy to re-send the confirmation email to customers if they call or email us to say that they haven't received it.

Hopefully you've found yours now, but just in case you haven't I've forwarded another copy to you.
