Still no contact after 2 days

Still not received any documentation and order still not processed so I don’t know if I’m insured on my phone or not

I need to cancel please as the phone went back to google. Sorry for any inconvenience . Also I clicked on monthly but for some reason it came back as up front in full . So if you could please cancel ASAP. I have tried ringing but been engaged for 3 hrs
