The Timeshare Groups/Resorts have sophisticated processes to try and delay, distract and divert customers from trying to leave - and they would much prefer that you just kept quietly paying your fees for an eternity. Also, they have a huge vested interest and you are never going to receive unbiased, independent advice from your Timeshare Resort/Group of course!
