We are really sorry that your parcel hasn't arrived. This is the first that we have heard from you that there is a problem. I have checked our records and the parcel was sent out on the 14th December, and as parcels even in the run up to Christmas were only taking a couple of days to arrive, I would have expected you to have received it well before Christmas. Very occasionally parcels do go missing within the postal system and I can only assume that this has been the case with yours. If you had let us know straight away about the issue with the delivery we would have sorted it out for you immediately. One of our team will be in touch today to sort everything out for you.
