Lovely product. Packaging excessive for the size of the gift though- massive box sent which was ripped on arrival and too big for the product. Goods not damaged though.

Thanks for your feedback and I'm pleased you were happy with your purchase. I was sorry that the outer box arrived ripped, but as we carefully pack all the gifts that we send out I was glad that your gift arrived in perfect condition. Sometimes we have to use boxes that are a little on the large size to make sure items arrive in one piece. Kind regards,
