Thank you for taking my telephone call earlier today to sort out your issue. I was very sorry to hear that your voice changer arrived faulty - unfortunately we are unable to check each one individually without damaging the packaging and so we have to trust the supplier. Our voice changers are very popular and we haven't had any issues so this must have been a one off faulty item. I look forward to hearing from you in due course and as I said on the phone I am more than happy to offer you free replacement items.
