I can always rely on This Works for a 5* service. The hand sanitiser is gentle but effective and doesn’t dry my hands like others do. Also it’s a very reasonable price.

Easy website to use and the parcel came sensibly packaged and the products do what it says in the title - 'this works'.
Very slow had no idea when it was coming and was not kept informed
The delivery man left it at my doorstep for the world to see the parcel thank god no one took it

I am sorry if your order took longer then expected to be delivered. Our Royal Mail standard 2nd class delivery service can take up to 3-7 working days. Unfortunately due to Covid-19 some orders have been taking 10 working days to arrive.
