Fabulous wedding present

Good service with fun choices

A quick, efficient service. Easy to design invitation cards with choices of font, colour, paper, card and envelopes. I've used them before and would do so again.

Lovely artwork

Lovely artwork and all the design options meant we could personalise the print. Sadly we paid extra for next day Saturday delivery, however it didn’t turn up until the following the week.

Thank you so much for getting in touch, we really appreciate your feedback. We are so sorry that you didn't receive your print on the Saturday as you had ordered. I have investigated what happened to delay your order, and can confirm that we sent it to Royal Mail on the same day it was placed, so it should have reached you on the Saturday. Having checked the Royal Mail tracking information (which is accessible through the link we sent via email) it appears that they did not process your order in the correct timeframe, causing the delay. Unfortunately, we have no control over your order once it is being handled by Royal Mail, and are so sorry for any inconvenience caused by the delay. We have refunded the cost of the upgraded delivery service to the payment method on record for your order, and would be happy to resend the tracking details if required.
