Ordinarily we work with, and recommend, a highly reputable consular services outfit who submit/pick up applications and passports on our client’s behalf. Unfortunately on this occasion, because of the last minute nature of your booking, the process had already started before you received your documentation. I believe that Ayesha gave you as much support and advice as she could, but I think you experienced the very reason why we normally advise using an external service! The consultant who is looking after you does know the country well, but I will admit that he is overdue a visit and we plan to redress next year.
