We can see that the week you booked, your child had violin lessons with Melinda Kiss - violinist for the London Hungarian Orchestra and recent performer on Britain's' Got Talent! All children started the lessons together that week and those who were older/could play already stayed for an extra 20 mins of fun-filled music-making! Thank you so much for your positive feedback 💗 We're so delighted to hear that your daughter enjoyed themselves at our Hackney Holiday Camp this Summer. We also love our Grand Concerts - it's amazing how much children can achieve when they have fun! In regards to the heat wave, we kept all of our venues ventilated in accordance to the Department for Education. All windows were kept open and fans were used where appropriate. Children only went out at certain hours and were encouraged to drink water on regular occasions. Thank you so much for your feedback 💗 We have looked into the matter with our Muswell Hill team and have been informed that when this happened on the first occasion (15 mins before home time), your child's childminder was notified of this of the incident immediately on pick up. The following day your child brough in spare clothes and so our teams were prepared. When this happened again, our team ensured your child was happy with a new set of clothes. In regards to the concert, as we have children of varying levels we want everyone to show what they have learnt at our Ofsted-registered Holiday Camps. We have been informed that all children played at least 2-3 songs. Thank you.
