Thank you for the feedback. We are happy that you are enjoying the machine! Regarding the third party inside delivery service, each local terminal is different and is supposed to be trained with pinball assembly which includes unboxing, installing the legs, folding the backbox up, and removing debris. We will provide this feedback to your local terminal for improvement and hope to have no issues on future orders.
