Poor service and nil response

Despite two emails stating incorrect details, including the name on the policy and email address, the company has not even had the courtesy to reply. I do find this ignorant!

beyond annoyed as cover dropped due to making a one off payment

What i found really annoying was that the level of cover that decreased because i was making a one off payment and not signing up to a monthly dd. not happy , really not happy

A monthly policy is more expensive over the course of a year, hence a higher cover level. The difference in cover is transparently detailed on our website.
