Cancel and re-purchase

Insurance doubled after the first year. However by looking again online it was cheaper to cancel and start a new purchase. Strange but easy process!

Emporium make mistakes and don't respond to messages sent to them

Emporium made a mistake setting up my policy. I sent them an email to fix it a week ago and still haven't heard from them.
