This rating reflects how easy it was to get pet insurance. Not the service I would get if I had to make a claim. Only time will tell

Had to change over policys gave me my money back straight away.. customer service really good

Brilliant

Brilliant service, had to make a claim due to pet's sickness. Claim form was easy to complete vet did the rest. Money in the bank within a week. Would recommend and that's why I insured second pet.
