The excess is dependent on a number of factors such as the age and breed of the pet plus a number of other things, as such, this can vary between policies which is why we'd need to take some details to establish the appropriate excess - we wouldn't want to get it wrong :-)

Thank you for your feedback, we're sorry that you haven't been able to confirm receipt of our confirmation email. We always send a confirmation email when a policyholder purchases a policy. This is followed by the policy documents within 48 hours.
