Good afternoon, We are sorry to hear of your comments. Through the moneysupermarket aggregator site, our yearly Lifetime Palladium Policy is on offer for £6,000 cover limit in total for ALL conditions per year at £138.62. However, when you selected your insurance policy at the time of coming through to our website, the cover you selected was our Lifetime Silver policy that covers you for £4.500 cover limit for EACH condition per year, therefore the premiums and terms offered were different based on your selection. We can of course, amend this to your preferred choice, however we understand you have now cancelled the policy. We hope this clarifies the matter for you. Kind regards, Kirsty The Insurance Emporium

Are you saying you can offer Lupa £6000 lifetime cover for £138.62 is this correct, if so why did the gentleman I first spoke to not telling me this, if he had I would have proceeded with the policy.
