Poor Service

Decided they could not co et us but did not form us until after our renewal date, despite sending through policy documents to say we were covered!

Unfortunately when we asked for further information during your application as to where your caravan was stored, you advised it was a working farm. We are unable to provide a policy where it is a working farm, due to the increased risk this presents for accidental damage or theft.
