Hur samlas Feefo-omdömen in?

Thank you for your feedback and we're pleased to hear you are happy with the product. Please accept our most sincere apologies for the issues with your order. There was an isolated system issue at our supplier's end which caused issues with incorrect components and addresses on some orders for a short time, but this was swiftly resolved and we are back to our usual service levels. Many thanks for your patience on this occasion and we hope we can be of service to you again in future. Kind regards, Grace and The Home of Interiors team,

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear about your experience. We sincerely apologise that your first track arrived damaged in transit. Whilst we do everything we can to prevent any transit damage, on the occasions where this does occur we work hard to ensure a replacement is made and delivered without delay -- according to our records, the replacement was delivered on the 4th working day after the damage was reported to us but we're still very sorry that the track arrived damaged in the first place. Regarding the installation, Silent Gliss recommend this track is fixed to wood and fitted within a channelled ceiling recess. This is stated in the Fitting Instructions section of the product page and I can see the team signposted you to this information when you emailed to report the track had fallen down. Ceiling recesses of this type are typically constructed with timber battens behind the plasterboard to provide a secure fixing point, and the supplied screws are designed for this. Plasterboard alone will not hold the weight of a recessed curtain track, which is why the fixing recommendation is in place. We understand this was frustrating, and we’re always happy to help with any questions before or after purchase by phone or email to ensure customers purchase the correct product for they requirements, and are happy with it post-purchase. If there’s anything further we can do, please get in touch. Kind regards, Grace and The Home of Interiors Team
