Hi Barbara, Thank you for letting us know your thoughts on the soaps you bought from us. We can confirm that all our soaps are generously scented by expert perfumers and stability tested to ensure that the products are of the highest quality they can be before they are available for purchase. It is upsetting to us that this has not been your experience and we apologise for the dissatisfaction caused. We will be sure to relay your important feedback to our production team to ensure that we are keeping our products to the high standard that we expect of ourselves. We want to be able to resolve this for you and would be happy to test the product that you purchased if you are willing to send it back to us. If you would like to do this, please contact us on: info@theenglishsoapcompany.com and we can discuss this further.

Hi Susan, we're so happy to hear that you enjoyed your purchases and that you have found your signature fragrance. Thank you for taking the time to let us know what you thought of our products!

Hi Judith, Thank you for your purchase and taking the time to review your experience with us. We're disappointed to hear that you were dissatisfied with the soap that you purchased. All our perfumes that are used for our soaps are made by expert perfumers and stability tested before they are passed for packing, so it is surprising to us that you were unable to smell this particular fragrance. However, we have passed on your comments to our Production Team for further investigation. We appreciate the time taken to provide us with this review as it helps us to maintain the high quality level of service that we expect of ourselves.
