Thank you for the kind words regarding our wines and service! The constructive criticism is valid, invaluable and greatly appreciated. Since we are not VC Funded, and we don’t make the wines we feature, we don’t have the kind of Operating Budget that the new wine club platforms have. I would love to find a way to improve our technology without increasing our prices and still maintain the quality of wines. Until then, I make upgrades in stages as we can. As for your wine deliveries, UPS has experienced some delays recently. However, we will also deliberately hold a shipment as a result of weather, or to improve chances of a first attempt delivery. I had a question which was answered quickly. I haven't tasted any of the wine I purchased but I've always been very satisfied with wines purchased from The California Wine Club. Prices were good too.
