We are very sorry you were not happy with your BBQ, the BBQ's are delivered sealed by OUTBACK and we do not open them to check them all. the 1st of June was an extremely busy time for us as a lot of customers were calling with regards to the Bank Holiday deliveries. We have offered you compensation by way of an appology.

I was contacted by Customer services who could not have been more helpful and professional. The outcome is a very happy customer and I would certainly use this company again and would recommend them to anyone.
