Hur samlas Feefo-omdömen in?

Hi, Sorry about this. Sometimes though the information can change as people cancel and others join, the information we provide is accurate at the time we provide it of course. I am sorry we left you disappointed though and we shall review to try to improve the process for future.

Thanks for the response but considering the person booked last year and I was told the information not long before I travelled just means I was given the wrong information

I ordered late. I get that. But then I was told it would take 24-48 hours to confirm. 4 days later they still hadn’t confirmed. So I asked for a refund as travel was now prohibitively expensive. (I...

Dear Customer, This is Chris, CEO at The Adventure People. I am aware of your booking and the issues you have encountered. I believe Callum, a senior member of our team is in touch and will be following up. Firstly, I am very sorry for the challenges you have faced, the distress and ultimately the poor experience. An (ex) sale agent who was handling your booking basically didn't fulfil her role properly. I must stress, this is very unusual and we hold ourselves to the highest standards of service. In this case though, we let you down and for that I cannot apologise enough. This is the first time we've ever had anything like this happen. We have instigated measures of a higher volume and increasing frequency of checking bookings as they progress. We have also stepped up sales training. I accept these measures will not make a difference to you but I don't want this to happen again. Callum and I will be in touch directly to discuss further.
