Hi John, This is Chris, the CEO. Thank you for the comments although I am of course disappointed to read the review. I noted your frustration in July regarding providing details and we have made changes to the business since that point which will make life much easier for our customers. I also note your agent put a lot of components together with lots of options for you. Great family holiday
