It was a bit tricky as we wanted to use vouchers but there was a limi on the party size which wasn't clear when we bought them but the staff were helpful n the phone when we wanted to change things.

Very easy. Virgin voucher then rang company to make booking quoting booking code. Thankful they had availability of the date I wanted to book.
