Well my parcel still hasn't came. I was told by hermes to get in touch with tessuti but it seems impossible. Filled in the forms on the website and contacted them on twitter but nothing back still.

The online shopping experience (ie website, cart, checkout and payment) was easy - only problem I had is with the delivery which took quite a bit of time
