Very happy with Tenon
So far, very happy with the service. Was disappointed that my contact seemed to suggest their partner companies with less attention to my needs in ONE case, but she rectified that when I mentioned it.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts! On behalf of our team, I'm sorry it seemed as if we were suggesting a partner of ours over your preferences. I've looked into this and see that some popular accommodations are difficult to secure (especially in summertime), and we try to have alternate stays close by as a second option in case of this. I believe that's what happened here. I do see you are now staying at a place of your choice! I am glad we were able to rectify this.
