On behalf of our entire team, I apologize for the negative aspects of your travel experience, especially with our app and incorrect phone number. That was certainly an oversight on our end, and we've updated that number on all travel documents. As for the app, we've added instructions on our preliminary emails to keep notifications on in case that could have been a factor with the changing tour time. We're always looking for areas of improvement and continually strive to perform our best, so comments like yours help us to identify what needs attention! In the future, we plan to work with our various partners to stay updated on current conditions and happenings that may hinder the itinerary, so that we can in turn keep you informed and make any adjustments needed. Nonni was monitoring your trip, but we will be sure to stay in communication with them as much as possible to learn of updates and get them to our travelers. We've also made certain someone will be available to monitor the By-Your-Side-Service℠ hotline at all times during the weekends.
