Thank you for your thoughtful review! We're so pleased to hear that your first journey to Ireland was a success and that your accommodations overall met—and in some cases exceeded—expectations. Ashford Castle and the Great Southern in Killarney are truly special experiences, and we're glad they made a lasting impression. We also appreciate your feedback regarding The Mont in Dublin. Even minor details help us continually refine our itineraries and partner selections. Thank you for choosing Tenon Tours. We hope to plan another unforgettable journey with you in the future!

Thank you very much for sharing your feedback. First, we’re glad to hear that you had a positive experience with your transfers and guides, and we truly appreciated the opportunity to work with you a second time! We’re sorry to hear that some of the accommodations didn’t meet your expectations. When concerns arose during your trip, we hope our team’s support was helpful and made things a bit easier while you were in destination. While availability did limit some options on-site, we looked into what was possible at the time. That said, our goal is always to deliver exceptional, personalized service at every stage, and we’re sorry that we missed the mark. We truly value your feedback and will use it to continue improving how we serve our travelers. Someone from our team will be in touch shortly to continue this conversation. Thank you again for choosing Tenon Tours.
