Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We are terribly sorry to see that you had such an unpleasant experience when booking with us.
Punctuality is one of our main values, this is why we have already contacted the driver in order to take serious action with them. This is for sure not the service we want to offer to our clients. We completely understand how frustrating it can be when a reservation does not go as scheduled. As soon as we have our driver's clarification we will come back to you with a proper explanation.
Regarding the language barrier, we understand that it can make it complicated when being in a foreigncountry. We always try to adapt to our customers as much as possible, but since we provide transfers worldwide sometimes we are unable to provide it as suitable as we would like to. This is why in these cases, we offer a 24/7 multilingual customer service in order to solve any issues this may cause.
We would like to apology not only for the bad experience you had but also for the fact that the price did not suit you well. As a gesture of apology, we have created a discount code for you.
