We are really sorry to realise that the driver did not fulfil all the details from your reservation. We completely understand how frustrating this inconvenience was for you, especially when you took the time to arrange a pre-booked transfer to avoid this kind of issue. Of course, this is not the service we want to offer to our customers. Please note that in some airports our local partners are unable to offer the meet & greet option at the arrivals hall 24/7. However, when this happens, they do inform about their meet & greet procedures in the meeting point of the voucher, as it was in this case. This is how some of our local partners need to proceed according to the different airport's conditions, especially Schipol. We completely understand how confusing this may be for you and we truly want to compensate you for this hassle caused. Therefore, since we are unable to refund you for the meet & greet service since it was completed according to the driver's instructions, we have sent you a couponof 10 €.You will be able to redeem it on the next reservation you may have with us.
