The service was excellent and easy to navigate the site. The only thing bad is that it’s not very mobile compatible.

Hi there -
Yikes, that sounds terrifying. I'm so sorry that happened and that I wasn't notified of this sooner so we could make sure you were properly taken care of. Regardless, I'm happy to hear that the rest of the stay from the hotel to the amenities went great and that you were able to take advantage of our Suiteness credits as our way of encouraging people to take more vacations in 2019 and all the years to come!
We'll definitely let the hotel know and work on this to prevent other guests from facing this encounter on-site.
Thank you again for your feedback and using Suiteness for your trip - reach out to your 24/7 Concierge team anytime from on-site mishaps to recommendations on where to eat.
