I totally understand that having a DVD player would have made your staycation more enjoyable and that the TV channels were limited. I'm so sorry about that!

I appreciate the fact that we can reserve 2 rooms/suites next to eachother for the bigger groups of people! And for a great rate. Would definitely recommend. Made really easy to reserve!

Hi there -
I so appreciate your feedback! Since you were booking for the same day as check-in, inventory can be booked up quickly as suites run on a lower inventory than standard rooms -- suites tend to even book up about 60-90 days in advance.
We get all of our rates and availability in real time and so what was happening is that as you were booking, someone else would book the same suite at the same time making it unavailable to you. That's why it looked like you were being charged however, none of those charges went through. As a smaller start-up, I hope the user experience continues to improve as we add inventory and grow as a company.
