Suiteness made sure I had enough rooms to compare eachother too. To see what I liked best. It helped me to pick out a hotel that my family and I would like.

The website said it’s a suit with 2 bathroom , which was not true . There was only 1 bathroom , we had to share . False advertisement/ marketing

You were booked in The Executive Suite which lists only 1 bathroom on our website. I'm so sorry for any inconvenience when you thought you were getting a suite with 2 bathrooms. I know that must have been really frustrating.
Most one bedroom suites would only have 1 bathroom as hotels match the occupancy of 1 bedrooms with the same amount of bathrooms. I've reached out to you personally to find out where the confusion might have come from because we want everyone to walk away from Suiteness with a positive experience.
Thanks again for using Suiteness and for your feedback.

Amazing & Easy Experience
My suiteness concierge was incredibly kind and helpful. She made it very easy to find exactly what I was looking for and guided me through the whole purchase process.
